This is another family favorite. Make a double batch, it is one of those dishes you can eat and eat and eat!
One lb new potatoes quartered
Bacon, cooked and crumbled (never too much bacon)
Cheddar cheese (again, never too much)
½ a stick of butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
Boil the potatoes until fork tender, drain and place in baking dish along with the butter. When the butter is melted, add the crumbled bacon (that which you have not eaten already) and the cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Place in a 350 degree oven until cheese is melted.
This is my journey…
I’m gonna make that!!!
By popular demand she makes these for us whenever she visits.
Thanks for the recipe! It was very easy to make and delicious! I hope you had a great birthday this week. I am recouping from the surgery, getting better every day, I think.
