I recently went through a bout of Vertigo. That stuff will make your world spin! Literally! It is caused by an inner ear infection or a “crystal” that has become dislodged in the ear. Friday I could not move my head without getting sick. It’s amazing that your inner ear controls your equal Librium. Who would have thought!
Here are some interesting facts I bet you didn’t know about our bodies.
You can’t tickle yourself. Go ahead, try.
Your feet contain 25% of all of our bones. 52 in all.

If you ask me, that is pretty amazing stuff! Did you know we can live without a lot of our organs? We wouldn’t feel too good but, we could live. Our bodies are capable of healing themselves, so it just makes sense to fill it with good, whole, natural foods don’t ya think?

Been there….it’s worse at our age apparently…I work with a woman who has the same trouble, and she’s just a few years older. When I worked at a pediatric clinic, I knew basically what was wrong, but they insisted I go to a minor er clinic, who sent me to a regular er, who did an MRI to tell me I had vertigo. My thoughts were, “No sh**?” All that on my insurance to tell me what I already knew. All I had to do is go home and go to sleep for awhile. Of course, my BP was skyrocketing, but that happens every time!!! Ah, the joys of medical issues!
